Not only was he able to help with the process of filing the claim through the home insurance in which my grandfather was initially denied, he was able to help save a ton of money. Honesty and determination at its best! He was also kind enough to help restore the inside of the ceiling where it had originally collapsed. Communication was NEVER an issue. The process with our claim when we met Joseph was that we received a denial letter from our home insurance company. “Not enough damage” was their reason. Joseph quickly assured me that we weren’t treated fairly and he could overturn this denial claim into a full roof replacement. The turn around time was 2 weeks and we received our approved insurance estimate and got the work scheduled with Joseph and his team of hard working roofers. The quality of our roof was outstanding and done in only a day. Communication from Joseph and his team was excellent.
